Python 3.9.1 on 2020 MacBook Pro M1

Описание: This is a first try at installation of GCC and Python on a MacBook Pro with an M1 ARM processor. Python 3.9.1 installs but there are packages that are not available yet such as sklearn (scikit-learn). I reverted back to Python 3.8.6 so that the packages are compatible. Also installed Jupyter notebook and Jupyter lab. Homebrew is not yet available for the M1 ARM platform but it is available through Rosetta 2. I install a base python3 environment and then use pyenv to manage other development environments if there are package compatibility issues. Switching over from Windows (Surface Book) so I'm still learning the MacOS - I look forward to any suggestions from expert MacOS users. I'll make another video when a Python version is available to natively run on M1 with packages for Machine Learning and Optimization. It typically takes a few weeks or months for many of the Python packages to support a new release of Python.
