Delhi's air quality has slipped to the 'very poor category. The average air quality index stood at 399 while in neighbouring Noida it slipped to the severe category. Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai had a long list- blaming the Centre, the Uttar Pradesh Govt, and the Haryana Govt for the rising pollution in Delhi. All neighbouring states blamed but not Punjab unsurprisingly. The AAP, on one hand, is targeting BJP for not doing enough, but on the other hand, the pollution war room which was to be commissioned months ago is yet to be in operations. WATCH.
