Director of China Radio International (CRI) Bangla Department Yu Guangyue has said media can play a very strong role in strengthening cooperation between Bangladesh and China. The CRI will soon open its office in Dhaka.
The Director who has a Bangla name too – Anandi -- said this is the year of friendship and exchanges between Bangladesh and China.
CRI is a state-owned radio station based in Beijing which runs programmes in 65 languages, including Bangla.
