She has led groups of scientists in evidenced-based medicine, antimicrobial stewardship, and elderly population studies. Prior to becoming a research scientist, Dr. Sainfer held various frontline and leadership positions in multiple healthcare settings, and has held faculty positions at two prestigious universities.

While Dr. Sainfer worked in numerous fields in healthcare, her passion lies in home healthcare services. Together with a team of healthcare professionals, she has established a company and a culture that is guided by quality standards in healthcare and excellence in patient care delivery. When asked, what do you love about home care? Dr. Sainfer says, “There is nothing more rewarding than helping patients gain independence in the comfort of their homes. Home care gives me the ability to connect with patients and their family members on a uniquely personal level”.

Dr. Sainfer holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a master’s degree in education, a master’s degree in health policy and management, a master’s degree in nursing and a doctorate degree in nursing with a concentration in infection control. She is a proud alumna of Columbia University, NY. Among her accomplishments, Dr. Sainfer is an awardee of the Robert Wood Johnson Future of Nursing Scholarship and the United Health Group Foundation Scholarship. Her work that examined “Resistant Organisms in the Elderly” was a press release in the Wall Street Journal. She is the honoree of the prestigious certificate of recognition from the Governor of New York.
