welcome back to #cookincave as you already know our today's menu is Potato nuggets with cheese. let's have a look at the ingredients
Ingredients:
• 6 Medium sized potatoes
• 3 tsp Oregano
• 3 tsp Red chilli flakes
• Salt according to taste
• 2 tsp Peri peri seasoning (It's optional)
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• chopped coriander leaves
For slurry:
• 3 tbsp cornflour
• 3 tbsp refined flour (maida)
• water
