We are delighted to be installing kiosks which allow patients across most of our Outpatients department to self-check-in for their appointments.
These kiosks, which are similar to those which can be found in local GP practices, will mean that patients can let us know that they’ve arrived and confirm their up-to-date contact information.
Patients will be asked to head to these kiosks on arrival. We expect this to prevent our patients standing in queues, allowing them to be in the correct area for their needs more quickly.
