SafeWork SA and Cancer Council SA present a joint webinar on managing heat stress and UV in the workplace.
The webinar will cover both heat stress and UV, discussing the science behind each of these, and what control measures businesses can put into place to prevent exposure.
Elysia Flavel, Senior Prevention Project Officer from the Cancer Council SA, will discuss the science behind UV exposure, how it effects your skin and can cause skin cancer, and what PCBUs should do to mitigate the risk of skin cancer/UV overexposure.
