Sambalpuri sarees are crafted in Odisha, where artisans design patterns, tie, and dye the threads using the 'bandha' technique. After drying, the threads are woven into symmetrical patterns visible on both sides.
This single piece of fabric represents the everyday life, culture, and history of the Odia people.
