দুশ্চিন্তা, ভয়, চাপ, পেরেশানি…
মানুষের জীবনে এমন মুহূর্ত আসে যখন মনে হয়—
“আর কোনো উপায় নেই…”

কিন্তু একজন মুমিনের কাছে সবসময় একটি উপায় আছে—
আল্লাহর উপর পূর্ণ ভরসা।

«حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ»
উচ্চারণ: হাসবিয়াল্লাহু লা ইলাহা ইল্লা হুয়া, আলাইহি তাওয়াক্কালতু, ওয়া হুয়া রাব্বুল আরশিল আজিম।

এই দোয়া কঠিন সময়, দুশ্চিন্তা, ভয় এবং জীবন সংকটে হৃদয়ে প্রশান্তি আনে।
রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ কঠিন পরিস্থিতিতে এটি পাঠ করতেন।
এবং সকালে ও সন্ধ্যায় ৭ বার পড়লে আল্লাহ তাআলা দুশ্চিন্তা দূর করে দেন—ইনশাআল্লাহ।
