Step into the studio with me for a bodysuit shoot using a minimal one-light setup — but not everything went to plan.

In this behind-the-scenes video, I take you through my first lighting attempt, which completely flopped, I wasted no time, adjusted the setup to finally get the clean, moody look I was after. Shot BTS with my Sony A7III and the A7IV for photos & cinematic B-roll, this video gives you a real look into what happens when a shoot doesn’t go smoothly — and how to recover creatively.

Initial fail with harsh light, then switched to a diffused side-light setup for a softer, editorial look.
