Kothimbir vadi /Coriander vada/ Scrumptious little snack to have for everyone.
Ingredients:
Gram flour{ besan}- 1 cup
Chopped green chillies- 2 no
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Jeera powder{ cumin powder} - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as required.
Chopped coriander leaves{ dhaniya} - 400gm
Water - 3 tbsp
Oil - 5 ml
Method:
1. Take a bowl and add besan,green chillies, turmeric , coriander, jeera and red chili powder with salt to it.
2. Mix thoroughly
3.Then add chopped coriander leaves and water to form a thick batter.
4. In a pan add oil and let it heat in a medium flame.
5.Then add the vadi and shallow fry it till golden brown.
6. Serve with hot tea.
YOUR KOTHIMBIR VADI IS READY TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
