How I use Microsoft CoPilot and Local Falcon for Local SEO Research

In this video, I share how I take a sample keyword "concrete driveway contractors near me", use the heat map results from the competitors, and then I upload them to Microsoft CoPilot for a quick AI review. From there, I have the AI review the dots that are not ranking as well and then sort by the population of those dots. Those are the dots I want to get my client in because the top competitors are not ranking there, and there is a good amount of population, which means more opportunity for leads
