Labonski Carnival Company.
A Company that has been giving its contribution and participating in the Gozo Regional Carnival for the last 50 years. Whilst under its new name, Labonski carnival company has been involved for the last 15 years.
To commemorate its 15th anniversary, this video was made to inform the general public about our company and its long history. Also, to let them know about all the work involved in order to build a float, our members passion and the art itself.
To those people who really love Carnival will truly appreciate and understand what our members are talking about.
For a long time, our company was one of the main participants in the Gozo Regional Carnival. Even though at times there were a few participants and competition was lacking we kept doing our best.
We kept making our effort even when we were at our lowest; when we had no place to work and had to build our workshop from scratch and ended up paying for everything ourselves. It was worth it.
This is our story.
