This is the music for the Caverns of Time, an underground area within Tanaris that is home to several instance portal locations which are Old Hillsbrad Foothills, the Black Morass, Hyjal Summit, the Culling of Stratholme, End Time, the Well of Eternity, the Hour of Twilight, and Dragon Soul. It's also an important area for the Dragonwrath questline. This plays in the dungeon versions of the Caverns of Time as well.
And no, I didn't look any of that up, it's 100% xp (no purchased boost of course). Trust me, I'm a professional nerd of Warcraft which is probably why someone in the comments is going to correct me on something, sometime, somewhere eventually...
