Sugetrizine, a new oral pain reliever, is said to be non-addictive. This non-opiod medication is available by prescription only. What's known about the drug, and where and when it might be prescribed, are discussed by anesthesiologist Vandana Sharma, MD. She is a specialist in both acute and long-term pain treatment and is the director of pain management services at Upstate.
