Описание: Excessive emissions from minivans (especially diesel minivans, such as older models of Wuling Hongguang, Changan Star, and Iveco, or modified cargo vans) are very common in Hong Kong, mainland China, and Southeast Asia, and they are frequently caught and fined by roadside checks, safety inspections, or environmental protection departments. The most obvious sign of excessive emissions is a large amount of black smoke (the main form of particulate matter PM) coming out of the exhaust pipe, sometimes accompanied by white or blue smoke, with a pungent and acrid smell. Passersby can immediately tell that "an old diesel vehicle is exceeding emissions standards."
