Crispy Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies:

160 gr Butter ( 1 1/3 sticks + 1 tbsp )
100 gr White Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
100 gr Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Milk ( YOU MAY NOT NEED IT, Check video )
300 grams All Purpose Flour ( 2 cups )
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Chocolate Chips

Bake for 5-8 min depending on how small your cookies are. They should turn a golden brown.
