This is NOT cheap, lightweight, brittle 3-D printed material with a little desktop 3-D printer that anyone can purchase on Amazon. Injection Molding takes a lot of time in building, machining, creating the mold. Once the mold is finished, which with ours took about a year from start to finish, then the mold is placed in the machine and Kraken pieces are made in our various colors. The material used is High Impact Polystyrene material.
