Steaks Exotic Meats and More!

Описание: Did you know we have an authentic Argentinian Steakhouse? Alma Argentina is LEGIT. Serving up unique meats like blood sausage and beef organs my experience at Alma Argentina was truly one of a kind.

🥟 I started off with a variety of fried empanadas and you’ve definitely got to check those out. I tried so many that we had to make a separate video just about my them- You’ll have to follow me for that part 2 coming later this week to see 👀

After that, I moved on to the main course, their Parilladas. You get a sizzling hot cast iron plate loaded up with Argentinian meat favorites!
🥩 Flap Meat Steak – One of my favorites of the night. Perfectly seared on the outside with a juicy center and a great cook on the inside. I think it was perfectly cooked. What do y’all think? Raw or nah?
🍖 Beef Short Ribs – Rich, tender, and full of depth. Although I prefer the flap meat steak.
🌭 Chorizo – Snappy bite and full of flavor. It’s a classic that has many iterations, and this one was quite nice.
🩸 Morcilla – Traditional blood sausage. Not for everyone, but if you enjoy authentic preparations, this is part of the full experience.
🥖 Sweetbread/Molleja – Don’t be confused by the name this was the thymus gland of a cow. Crisp on the outside, slightly chewy and tender inside. Taste-wise, it was similar to the fatty part of a ribeye, which I quite enjoy.
🐄 Chinchulín – Grilled beef intestine, not like the chitlins (pork intestines) that I had growing up. These had a char-grilled flavor on the outside and creamy, rich flavor on the inside. It’s not something I would normally eat, but it was surprisingly enjoyable.
🍮 Dulce de Leche Flan – Smooth, creamy, sweet and rich without being overwhelming.
🍏 Apple Empanada – Warm, lightly sweet, and a nice contrast after all the savory dishes.

Even though a lot of what I tried was different than usual things I eat, I believe it was good quality for what it was.
