CHICKEN KORMA (Serves 4)
1 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves
4 Chicken Breasts
Jar of Korma Paste
400g Tin tomatoes (I used Passata but I think Tin Tomatoes would be better to create a thicker Sauce)
1 tbsp Tomato puree
1 x 400g Tin of Coconut Milk (I used a whole tin and reduced fat - try 1/2 a tin of full fat to achieve that thicker sauce)
