Spicy Mince Spaghetti

Ingredients:
Mince:
2 tablespoons cooking olive oil
1 onion
2 heaped tablespoons chilli powder or masala
1 teaspoon coriander (dhania) powder
½ teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon fine black pepper
2 teaspoons ginger and garlic paste
500 grams beef/lamb mince
salt to taste
70 grams tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
¼ cup Veri Peri sauce (optional)
400 grams Arrabbiata pasta sauce
70 ml pasta water
freshly chopped parsley for garnishing
parmesan cheese for topping
Spaghetti:
500 grams spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
water as needed
salt to taste
