ADT is proud to announce the release of the new 8030 Fully Automatic 12” Dicing Saw.
The 8030 is a Fully Automatic 12” Twin Spindles Dicing Saw, designed for dicing large panels of up to 12” by 12”, as well as dicing standard and delicate 12” wafers.
The newly designed 8030 dicing saw is cost-effective, has high process throughputs, efficient cleaning, and is ESD protected. All this, at an attractive price.
