Hi all, this video shows how to do the injector pump timing for a 4M40T engine. Although it's a Mitsubishi engine in this video, the method can be used for any diesel engine with a mechanical VE style pump.
A sound mechanical aptitude is required to undertake this project.
Refer to your workshop manual or under your bonnet (hood) for the pump timing specifications.
