Habit #11 is the engine of our transformation: Strength Training.
We do CrossFit Style Full Body Circuits 3 times a week to maximize muscle building and functional strength.
The Weekly Split:
DAY 1: Strength & Conditioning
✅ Front Squats
✅ Rows
✅ Kettlebell Swings
✅ Pushups
✅ Russian Twists (Core)
DAY 2: Power & Mobility
✅ Push Press
✅ Sumo Deadlift
✅ Jumping Lunges & Lateral Lunges
✅ Animal Flow
✅ Plank Hold (Core)
DAY 3: Explosive Power
✅ Cleans
✅ Snatch
✅ Tricep Extension
✅ Pushups
✅ Frog Jumps
