Boat Tries To Beat Railway Lift Bridge Lowering, Florida East Coast RR & Fast Racks Train In Georgia

Описание: A Speeding Boat Races The Railroad Bridge Lowering To Let Florida East Coast Railway Locomotive Cross The Gigantic Railroad Bridge Over The St Johns River. This RR Bridge Is In Jacksonville, Florida near the CSX headquarters. Then a long fast train in Folkston, Georgia at the CSX Folkston Funnel. The FEC railroad bridge is a Strauss Trunnion Bascule bridge that was built in 1925. It is a 2 track bridge that replaced a single track swing bridge that opened on January 5, 1890. We see the bridge lower for a FEC Railway locomotive to pass. The locomotive is an EMD GP40-2 that was built in December of 1986. Then we see it raise back up after the engine passes. We filmed in on February 25, 2022. The CSX intermodal & auto racks train was filmed by Mrs Tooth at the Folkston Funnel in Folkston, Georgia on February 26, 2022. We used 3 cameras for this video and filmed it in 1080p.
