You're stuck in the house -- on lockdown -- unable to hit the gym and don't have any workout equipment at home.
Well that's where you're wrong because one of the best pieces of equipment you could ever use is your own bodyweight.
However, if you're a parent, you've got something even better! Sometimes the best workout equipment is the one that you procreate!
That's right, use your kids!
Here's a simple, yet effective workout that'll not only help you towards your health & fitness goals, but also have your kids feeling like they're at Disneyland!
Front Squats
Bent Row
Rotational Lunges
Lateral Shoulder Press
Romanian Deadlift
Squat Throw
Depending on how heavy your kid is and your level of strength, do 3-4 rounds of 10-20 reps each!
Think of this as bonding with your kids on a whole NEW level!
Good luck, don't pull your kids shoulder out of socket, and you're welcome!!!
