Описание: Please pay attention especially after 1:18. Seizure or syncope episode during sleep. Signalment: 8-year-old F/S Chihuahua.UTD VAX, Monthly HWP, Seizure/syncope episode only during sleep one to four times a day for one month. CBC/Chem Panel/UA were unremarkable. No arrhythmia other than RSA on survey ECG. Mild MR with normal anatomy measurements on ECHO. Holter was suggested but temporarily declined by owner. Any thought?
