Hello Everyone! Hope you are keeping safe and well!
This recipe is a old Sri Lankan recipe that mainly given for people with bone ailments. It's also good for your skin and nails, but most importantly this combination of ingredients is very good for boosting your immune system.
All you will need is :
50 - 100 grms of dry shrimps.
01 small onion chopped.
02 green chillies chopped.
1-2 tomatoes chopped.
few curry leaves and pandan leaves.
few pieces of garcinia also known as brindle berry.
1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds.
1/4 teaspoon of Chilli powder.
1/4 teaspoon of TURMERIC powder.
Salt to taste.
