GYMNASTICS SCORING: Eythora Thorsdottir FX 2017 (D and E Score + Slow-mo Analysis!)

Описание: See how Eythora Thorsdottir (Netherlands) was scored on floor exercise in gymnastics at the 2017 European Gymnastics Championships! Eythora is one of the most artistic gymnasts competing today, and I love her floor work. At these championships, she took the bronze medal, but I think that if she had landed her first pass as well as she normally does, she definitely would've challenged Angelina Melnikova and Ellie Downie for gold and silver.

Sorry for the lack of 1080p quality -- this 720p video was the best one I could find :(. I also found this difficult to edit because of how bright the arena was -- it was difficult to place the "elements" in spots where they could be seen. I hope that this video is understandable. I had to change the end music from her floor music to a different song to avoid copyright blocking the video.

Notes:
I only took one tenth off for the step on the first tumbling pass -- it was labored, but it wasn't a big step. The deep squat deduction was the most impactful to her overall score.
On her first leap, I took a tenth off on the landing. Her ring position was quite strong, but she faltered a bit on the landing -- she wasn't as controlled. This was probably one of the strictest deductions I took, and others might disagree.
The 0.3 body shape on the last leap series applies to the ring leap, not the switch split 1/2. The second leap was superb.
I didn't see any artistic deductions.

I'm definitely not an expert judge, and I definitely make mistakes, so it's totally possible that there are some deductions that were missed. I'd love to hear feedback :). If you have any questions about certain deductions or have deductions of your own to talk about, feel free to comment below!
