My Method:
Sauté Garlic, Carrots, and Celery (Soffritto) 🥕🧄
Add the Beef and brown it perfectly 🥩
Deglaze with a good Red Wine 🍷
Add Tomatoes and let it simmer for AT LEAST 2 hours ⏳
