In this video, I go through 6 practical ways you can act confident when you are not - I say "act" because, hey, sometimes we truly need to fake it until we make it - sometimes we just have to push ourselves to "perform" confidently, because for whatever reason we just can't muster up genuine confidence. However, usually, when we "act" confidently for a long period of time we start to become confident.
Sometimes confidence can go away just because we are having an off day, or just haven't had enough practice - or even because we just haven't had enough sleep.
All in all, confidence is something that can change within us and fluctuates depending internal factors and external factors - but with these 6 tips, you can go from feeling unconfident to confident :)
