Croatia defender Dejan Lovren says he has "no issues" with the Brazilian team dancing when they score goals after it was labelled "disrespectful" by former Republic of Ireland player Roy Keane.
The former Manchester United midfielder was speaking in his role of pundit on UK broadcaster ITV after Brazil's 4-1 last-16 victory over South Korea on Monday.
Goals from Vinicius Jr, Neymar, Richarlison and Lucas Paqueta – all within the first 36 minutes - lead to dancing celebrations, including head coach Tite.
Keane said, 'People say it's their culture. But I think that's really disrespecting the opposition. It's four goals, and they are doing it every time. I'm not happy about it. I don't think it's good at all, ' comments which were criticised by Brazilian media and football personalities on Tuesday.
The 2018 World Cup finalists Croatia face a rampant Brazil side after conquering Japan via penalty kicks on Monday.
Goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic saved three of Japan's spot kicks after Croatia came back from a goal down to take the game into extra time with the game finishing 1-1 after ninety minutes.
All of Croatia's knockout matches at a World Cup or European Championship since 1998 have gone to extra time except for the 2018 World Cup final loss to France.

(On criticism of the Brazilian team dancing when the scored against South Korea)
"Honestly, everybody can do whatever they want and celebrate however they want.I have no issues with that and I don't think it's disrespectful towards the opponent.Of course, there are boundaries for everything, but I think Brazilians were born with the songs, the dancing and I see no issues with that."
00:29 (Croatian) Dejan Lovren, Croatia Defender
(Are you motived by the fact that Brazil are considered favourites for this game?)
"Brazil were the favourites even before the tournament. They have pretty much two teams that can play at this level, so any substitution can make a major impact on the game. But we have no issues with that.We respect everybody and that's how we work."
01:06 (Croatian) Mateo Kovacic, Croatia Midfielder
(Can the physicality you use in the English Premier League help you win this game?)
"I have got accustomed to very tough physical games in the (English) Premier League and that's something that we need to show against Brazil.Of course, we want to show our technical qualities first, as well, but I would agree that we want to show our physical abilities in every duel, in every possession. That's very important in this game.We have two more days to get some rest and prepare as well as we can."
01:42 (Croatian) Mateo Kovacic, Croatia Midfielder
(On the value to the team of his fellow midfielder Luka Modric)
"I think everybody in the world knows the value of Luka Modric. He's unbelievable, he's our captain, our leader, our best player. We are proud to have him in the team and for me it's an honour and privilege to play with him, to train with him, to work with him."
02:10 (Croatian) Mateo Kovacic, Croatia Midfielder
(On his defensive partner, Josko Gvardiol)
"He listens and absorbs my advice and has great quality.I think he is way ahead of me at 20-years-old.It's no wonder that every club in the world is interested in his services and I hope that in fifteen years' time he will be in my role, sharing his experience and knowledge with the new generation."
