Rotom and Drednaw fights are important for junglers to participate in. If your team is winning you should prioritize the drednaw because the benefits are better especially in the early game.

The best Item build will depend on the exact character you are using, but score shield, floatstone, and muscle band are generally pretty useful on all the speedsters currently in the game.
