Kalee and I are starting the Whole 30 program. The Whole 30 is an elimination diet...meaning it restricts certain foods from your diet. Eating processed junk, artificial sugars, and alcohol are definite no-no's...of course!! You also have to skip dairy, legumes, and grains for 30 days.
You gradually add those food groups back into your diet, so you can see which foods agree with you and which ones don't.
