This video starts with a compilation of the harvest of our figs and almonds. In August, we let both dry in the sun, which makes it possible to store them for a longer time. In the rest of the video, we show how we prepare sun-dried fig rolls. Besides the figs and roasted almonds, we use a liquor (rakija) that we made from carob pods. These three ingredients are all you need for this delicious snack.
