Data from The Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia stated that the workforce for people with disabilities in Indonesia is still low. According to Badan Pusat Statistik RI, in February 2020, the number of the working-age population with disabilities was as high as 17.74 million people. Various cooperation schemes are needed that involve the Government, company stakeholders, and the community to support fulfilling the rights of people with disabilities so that they can be accepted in the job market. By sounding for the right to work for people with disabilities, we will achieve sustainable development goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.
