Описание:
Region: As the name suggests, a specific region in the game.
Kick Pos: The position where the player will be teleported if the player doesn't accept the PvP of NPC.
Min and Max pos: The "min" stands for minimum position/coordinates from where a region will be started whereas the ''max" stands for maximum, it means "up-to-where" the region will be expanded from the min pos
