Sivaraman stepped onto the sacred stage of Arulmigu Sri Gnanaambika Sametha Sri Kalahastheeswarar Swamy Temple, Kumbakonam for his debut mridangam performance. That unforgettable moment marked the beginning of a legendary musical journey.
Now, after eight decades, the world-renowned Padma Vibhushan Sangita Kalanidhi Dr. Umayalpuram K. Sivaraman Sir performed 🎶 Sangeetha Seva – A HISTORIC MUSICAL HOMECOMING 🎶 at the very same temple to commemorate that historic debut with a special mridangam recital as an offering to the Lord on 16 August 2025.
