Hello everyone!! I'm Jen and these are my thoughts and opinions through my lived life experiences. I'm a woman in long term recovery who is now a CARC (Certified Addiction Recovery Coach) and CRPA (Certified Recovery Peer Advocate) as well as a Rape Crisis Counselor. I use my lived experience to help others find their pathways to recovery. I am a huge supporter of Harm Reduction and am also a trainer of Narcan.
