After reading:
1. Ask: How did the stagecoach get stuck? Encourage your child to check back through the book to confirm (it fell into a crack, pages 12 and 13 (2:06) ).
2. Look at the picture on pages 16 and 17 (2:46). Ask: How did Biff use the mobile phone to get help? Talk about how light reflects shiny objects.
3. Re-read page 21 (3:38). Ask your child to explain in their own words why the stagecoach won't be needed once the railroad is finished. Ask: Do you think it will be quicker to travel by railroad than stagecoach? Do you think it will be more comfortable? Which way would you prefer to travel?
