Current photographs of Kuching matched with those taken up to 70 years ago. The old photographs taken by my father J.A. Kuek, have been restored to various degrees.
Part 2 will be released in December 2022.
Note on plagiarism: If you have seen any of the photos in this video before on the internet it is because some unscrupulous or at the very least ignorant person, lifted them of my Kuek family video ( • Family and Kuching through the old photogr... uploaded in 2020) and posted them on social media without the permission, or acknowledgement of J.A. Kuek, the owner of the photographs. Some of the lifted photos have been made into videos on YouTube, again without acknowledgment to J.A. Kuek or permission from him to use them. J.A. Kuek was the photographer and those photographs should be ascribed to him.
