For Yakhni:

900g Beef (bone + boneless mix)

1 Whole Garlic bulb

1 piece Ginger

4–5 Cloves

2 Black Cardamom

2 Star Anise

1 tbsp Whole Coriander

1.5 tbsp Fennel Seeds

2 Bay Leaves

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Salt

1.5 Liter Water

For Pulao:

700g Basmati Rice (soaked 40–45 mins)

1/4 Cup Oil

2 Medium Onions (sliced)

1 tsp Ginger paste

1 tsp Garlic paste

1 tsp Coriander powder

1–1.25 tsp Cumin powder

1–1.5 tsp Crushed Red Chilli

Salt to taste

2 Tomatoes (sliced)

3 Green Chillies

Garam Masala (for sprinkle)
