FLIGHT REVIEW - Singapore Airlines PVG - SIN | Business class | Lounge

Описание: Just before Christmas , I boarded Singapore Airlines' Business Class for my journey from Shanghai to Singapore aboard a Boeing 787-10, flight SQ827. As Singapore Airlines is the first in the world to operate this aircraft model, I was filled with anticipation for the five-hour flight ahead.

Upon arriving at Shanghai Pudong Airport, the check-in process was fairly straightforward, although the check-in area itself was quite basic. Unfortunately, the airline does not have its own lounge; instead, passengers are directed to Air China's first/business class lounge, which lacks any standout features.

While Singapore Airlines is known for its high service standards, the level of service on this SQ827 flight felt mediocre at best. The meal left much to be desired; the main course was overly salty, relied heavily on artificial flavors, and the portion size was disappointingly small. To make matters worse, my coffee cup was chipped, resulting in a small cut on my mouth. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment system experienced frequent crashes, and the Wi-Fi was unavailable for the entire flight, significantly detracting from my overall experience.

Looking ahead, I have another flight with Singapore Airlines from Singapore to Bangkok. Departing from the airline's home base, I am hopeful for a more enjoyable experience this time around, particularly with access to the airport lounge and the renowned "Book the Cook" service. I plan to share updates and a video showcasing this upcoming flight experience.
