2sc5125 MITSUBISHI Power Transistor | Good or fake?

Описание: I received a pair of NPN BJT power transistor from MITSUBISHI, model 2SC5125.
I bought them from a trusted distributor in China but one of the two is showing bad signs.
After sale agreed on refund after proof of the malfunction.

Also ordered a single 2SC3102 for vhf/uhf bands.

Now next step will be to order another pair but I try Toshiba this time, 2SC2782.

I believe the 5125 are not original, but the 3102 seems to be.

Hard to find and pretty expensive too.
