Easier than it looks, these sushi rolls are simple and delicious. Get creative with different ingredients! For example, boiled shrimp also work great if you don't like the crab stick. These low carb sushi rolls are a fantastic treat and well worth the time.

Ingredients:

Rice Substitute
2 packages Konjac Spaghetti Noodles - https://amzn.to/3aikL4b
2 ounces cream cheese - https://amzn.to/2MIF1Ug
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar - https://amzn.to/3pFlmna
Fillings
4 sheets toasted sushi nori - https://amzn.to/3j6lOYT
1 Package crab stick or 12 large boiled shrimp
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 large avocado, sliced
Condiments
Mayonaise or Spicy Mayo (add Sriracha to the mayo!)

Furikake seasoning if you have it

Pickled Ginger:
Make it fresh and keto yourself by slicing fresh ginger as thin as you can.
Then marinate in a mixture of rice vinegar and water, with a few tablespoons of keto friendly sweetener. Leave pickling for as long as you can - the longer it waits, the better it gets!
