🤰Are you pregnant? 🐕Do you suffer from tailbone pain?
I've got a solution for you!
This exercise helped me a lot during my pregnancies but it's great also for anyone that is feeling some discomfort in the sacrum area. 😣
Take a miniball, place it against a wall. Lean on the ball with your lower back and move up and down or in circular movements. 🧶
Hopefully you should feel some release in that area.
You can repeat this as much as needed. 🕜
If you still experience pain, see a doctor, a physiotherapist or do Pilates!
