The Intramuros Grand Marian Procession 2025 was held today, December 7, 2025, continuing its tradition as one of the Philippines’ most significant religious and cultural celebrations. Organized by the Cofradia de la Inmaculada Concepcion in partnership with the Intramuros Administration, the event gathered numerous revered privately owned images of the Blessed Virgin Mary from various parts of the country. Held in honor of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, the procession showcased the depth of Filipino Marian devotion through solemn prayers, beautifully adorned carrozas, and the diverse representation of Marian titles. This year’s celebration also featured the veneration of the National Pilgrim Relic of St. Carlo Acutis along the procession route, adding a contemporary spiritual dimension to the centuries-old tradition. As thousands of devotees filled the historic streets of Intramuros, the IGMP 2025 once again highlighted the enduring faith, cultural heritage, and unity of the Filipino people.
