How to Make Pottery Chucks and Chums — A Beginner's Guide

Описание: This week, I'm creating a video I promised you guys a little while ago, it's all about how I throw and prepare clay chucks for trimming on. I'm creating three variations, the chum, the chuck and the newly titled cheek, three forms that support vessels from the inside to make trimming pottery just that bit easier. I take you through all the how's and why's and finally demonstrate turning some vessels atop these mounds of clay, together with catching an unfortunate injury on film.
