It is used in the electronic components industry, mainly for SMT factories. After using in the production line, electronic components will be back to the warehouse before the count (calculate the remaining materials). The count results are directly tied to the material R-ID, which can be uploaded online to the user system, or the label of remaining materials be printed offline. The accuracy of the material returned to the warehouse, and the lean management of material use and loss are guaranteed.
It can be used to count 7-17" material tails, and the materials include all resistive and IC types. Using X-RAY imaging technology to inspect production materials and obtain image information for fast, non-destructive count- ing, this series of equipment is available in three models: automatic loading and unloading, and manual loading and unloading. Compared to traditional counting/material counting machines, there is no need to unseal the material tray.
