INSIDE JAY | Short film on drug addiction and recovery

All the clips used in the movie are my original work, except for a four second clip from Richard Linklater's film ' A scanner darkly' . Considering the relevancy of the subject in question, I wanted to quote one of the dialogues from the book it is based on. Therefore, I found it fitting to use a clip from the movie. No copyright infringement was intended and I hope that it falls under fair use of another creator's work. I have named the writer Philip K.Dick in my film itself as a way to credit the creator. Also, I am hugely inspired by the work of Richard Linklater :)

Synopsis: Jay becomes a victim of drug addiction owing to his reckless attitude and tendency to stay in denial about the reality in which he lives. This film covers the journey of Jay from his childhood through drug addiction to finally developing an awareness of who he really is. He eventually accepts his character flaws , having found more reasons to actually live rather than escape.
